The advert for Rihanna‘s new perfume, RiRi, is out and it’s not exactly what we expected.
Showing how easily she can flip between personas, Rihanna has ditched the ‘bad gal’ garb in favour for a more, er, Barbie-inspired look. All pretty in pink (presumably to coordinate with the candy-hued RiRi bottle?), the singer wears swathes of pink satin and matching gloves. Some pearls around the wrists, and a ton of doll-like make-up, top off the rather unbearably girly look.
Though we’re not sure how we feel about this ad campaign, we are dying to know how many cans of hairspray it took to give Rihanna’s hair that much oomph.
